22. Mai 2007: Tenacious D in 'The Pick of Destiny' (OV)

The young rock-devotee Jables can't stand his strict religious family any longer and bolts to Hollywood. There he meets talented slacker Kage whom he eventually convinces to teach him all the essentials about Rock 'n Roll. After a hard training, they form the band Tenacius D to earn money to pay for their rent. Searching for the secret of the success of their famous role models they discover that all great artists have been playing with the same guitar pick, the mysterious Pick of Destiny. JB and KG learn that it was forged from the tooth of the devil and that it empowers everyone using it to supernatural guitar play. Consequently they bully their way into the Rock 'n Roll museum where the pick is hidden and manage to get away with the pick. But they barely set foot on the stage of eternal fame when the devil himself appears to thwart them...
